IGM Esacure KIP 150 is a high-efficiency oligomeric polyfunctional UV photoinitiator in the Esacure® series, formerly BASF, a very viscous liquid at 80℃. It efficiently absorbs UV energy to generate free radicals, rapidly initiates polymerization, features low VOC, low odor and non-yellowing, compatible with various UV systems, ideal for UV adhesives, coatings, inks and other scenarios.
Polyfunctional efficient initiation - Oligomeric with multiple active sites, fast initiation speed, curing efficiency exceeds ordinary photoinitiators
Non-yellowing and no residue - No yellowing after curing, ensures appearance stability of clear/light systems, no harmful residues
Environmental compliance - Low VOC and low odor, meets strict environmental requirements, suitable for high-end eco-friendly formulations
Broad system compatibility - Soluble in most organic solvents, UV monomers and oligomers, extremely versatile
Good construction adaptability - Suitable for different film thicknesses and processes, uniform curing, avoiding surface tackines
UV printing inks - Various printing inks, OPV inks, low odor and low VOC, ensuring printing precision and drying speed
Transparent UV coatings - Clear coatings for wood/plastic/optical fibers, non-yellowing, improving surface gloss and durability
UV adhesives - Various fast-curing UV adhesives, shortening curing cycle, enhancing bond strength and stability
Paper coatings - UV curing coatings for paper, improving surface smoothness and abrasion resistance
High-end plastic coatings - UV coatings for plastic substrates, meeting environmental requirements, ensuring long-lasting transparency
