IGM Esacure ONE is a high-efficiency bifunctional solid UV photoinitiator in the Esacure® series, formerly BASF, off-white powder, a bifunctional α-hydroxy ketone PI. It absorbs UV energy to generate free radicals, initiates polymerization of unsaturated oligomers and acrylates, FDA-approved (FCN772), suitable for low-VOC, low-migration systems like food packaging, UV adhesives, coatings and inks.
Bifunctional efficient initiation - Dual active sites, rapidly generates free radicals, curing efficiency exceeds ordinary monofunctional PIs
Low migration and extraction - Special molecular structure, suitable for low-VOC systems, meeting strict environmental requirements like food packaging
Excellent compliance - FDA-approved (FCN772), usable in food packaging-related UV curing scenarios
Broad system compatibility - Soluble in most organic solvents and monomers, suitable for UV coatings, inks, adhesives and other systems
Excellent curing quality - Complete curing without residue, improves coating adhesion and weatherability, non-yellowing
UV food packaging inks - Low migration and residue, suitable for food packaging printing, meeting environmental compliance requirements
Transparent UV coatings - Clear coatings for wood/plastic/metal, non-yellowing after curing, improving surface texture
UV adhesives - Various fast-curing UV adhesives, shortening curing cycle, enhancing bond strength and stability
Powder coatings field - UV powder coatings, suitable for multi-substrates, improving coating density and durability
High-end printing inks - Offset/screen inks, ensuring printing precision, meeting low-migration environmental standards
