IGM Omnirad 907 is a high-efficiency alpha-amino ketone Type I free radical UV photoinitiator in the Omnirad series, designed for UV radiation curing systems. Its core component is 2-Methyl-1-(4-(methylthio)phenyl)-2-morpholino-propan-1-one. It can efficiently decompose to generate free radicals under UV light, quickly initiating the photopolymerization of unsaturated prepolymers such as acrylates with mono and multifunctional vinyl monomers
High-efficiency Type I initiation - Alpha-amino ketone structure, high initiation efficiency, fast and uniform surface and deep curing effect
Pigmented system adaptation - Designed specifically for pigmented UV systems, no impact on base color after curing, good color stability
Broad-spectrum compatibility - Suitable for acrylate systems, compatible with solvent-based UV formulations, strong versatility
Low-yellowing property - No obvious yellowing after curing, suitable for light-colored, transparent and pigmented systems, good decorativeness
Easy solid processing - Pale yellow crystalline powder, easy to weigh, store and transport, accurate addition and convenient dispersion
Pigmented UV ink field - Screen, offset pigmented inks, suitable for paper, plastic, metal substrates, full color
Pigmented UV coating field - Wood, plastic pigmented UV coatings, uniform curing, improving coating wear resistance and decorativeness
Plastic coating field - Pigmented UV coatings for plastic products, good fit, no impact on plastic performance
Light-colored system field - Light-colored UV varnishes, colored paints, no yellowing after curing, maintaining uniform and stable base color
General UV curing field - Various UV curing adhesives and prepolymer systems, suitable for various substrates, reliable performance
