IGM Omnirad TPO-L is a high-efficiency liquid low-yellowing acylphosphine oxide Type I free radical UV photoinitiator in the Omnirad® series, designed for UV radiation curing systems. Its core component is Ethyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)-phenylphosphinate. It can efficiently decompose to generate free radicals when exposed to UV light, quickly initiating the polymerization of unsaturated oligomers such as acrylates containing styrene and unsaturated polyesters
High-efficiency Type I initiation - Acylphosphine oxide structure, high free radical initiation efficiency and excellent deep curing effect
Easy liquid processing - Clear yellow liquid, easy to add, good fluidity, accurate measurement, suitable for continuous production
Low-yellowing and weather resistance - No obvious yellowing after curing, excellent weather resistance, better than traditional TPO, suitable for high appearance scenarios
Broad-spectrum compatibility - Compatible with solvent-based and water-based UV systems, soluble in various coating solvents and UV monomers
Excellent compounding performance - Can be compounded with various photoinitiators to optimize curing performance, suitable for transparent, pigmented and other formulations
UV ink field - Offset, screen, flexo inks, suitable for wood, metal, plastic and other substrates, high printing precision
Coating field - Wood, metal, plastic UV coatings, uniform curing, improving coating wear resistance and decorativeness
Adhesive field - Universal UV curing adhesives, suitable for paper, optical fiber and other substrates, high bonding strength
3D printing field - 3D printing photocurable resins, high initiation efficiency, improving printing molding speed and precision
Optical fiber coating field - UV protective coatings for optical fiber surfaces, fast curing, good fit and excellent protective performance
