WACKER AK 0,65 Silicone Oil

WACKER AK 0,65 SILICONE FLUID is an extremely low viscosity linear silicone fluid in Wacker’s AK series, essentially non-reactive hexamethyldisiloxane, designed for precision lubrication, industrial defoaming, hydrophobic modification, electronic dielectric and chemical synthesis aids. With high bond energy Si–O framework, it has excellent thermal stability, strong hydrophobicity and great fluidity.

Features Of WACKER AK 0,65 Silicone Oil

  1. Extremely low viscosity & easy flow - Extremely fluid, free-pouring liquid, easy to disperse without residue

  2. Outstanding chemical inertness - Non-reactive, heat and oxidation resistant, compatible with most non-polar solvents

  3. Excellent thermal stability & hydrophobicity - Good thermal stability, hydrophobic and anti-stick, extremely low surface tension

  4. Non-toxic, eco-friendly & easy processing - Odorless, tasteless and physiologically inert, easy to add and coat, suitable for fine scenarios

  5. Multi-scene adaptability - With lubrication, defoaming, hydrophobic and dielectric multiple functions

Typical Applications Of WACKER AK 0,65 Silicone Oil

  1. Precision lubrication - Lubrication of micro precision instruments and electronic components, reducing friction loss

  2. Industrial defoaming - Rapid bubble breaking in anhydrous/low-water systems, suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical and ink scenarios

  3. Hydrophobic modification - Hydrophobic treatment of glass and mineral materials to improve water resistance

  4. Electronic dielectric - Dielectric medium for low-voltage electronic components, ensuring insulation stability

  5. Chemical additives - Precursor and reaction aid for carboxylic acid silylation and organosilicon film synthesis
