WACKER AK 20 SILICONE FLUID is a low-viscosity linear silicone fluid in Wacker’s AK series, designed for industrial defoaming, precision lubrication, electrical insulation, cosmetic addition and textile auxiliaries. With high Si–O bond energy, it has excellent temperature resistance, low volatility, strong hydrophobicity, good fluidity and processability, superior to traditional mineral oils.
Ultra-low viscosity & easy operation - Extremely good fluidity, easy to add and coat, suitable for fine formulas and processing
Excellent chemical inertness - Non-reactive, acid and alkali oxidation resistant, good compatibility with most solvents and substrates
Wide temperature stability - Stable work from -60℃ to 300℃, radiation resistant, high temperature oxidation resistant and not easy to degrade
Low volatility & shear resistance - Extremely low volatility, outstanding shear stability, low loss in long-term use
Multi-scene adaptation - Low surface tension, with multiple functions of lubrication, hydrophobicity and insulation
Industrial defoaming - Fast bubble breaking and inhibition in anhydrous/low-water systems, suitable for chemical and pharmaceutical scenarios
Precision lubrication - Lubrication of small precision instruments and electronic components, reducing friction loss
Electrical insulation medium - Insulation of low-voltage electrical components, stable performance in high and low temperature environments
Cosmetic addition - As a moisturizing ingredient to improve product smoothness and skin feel
Textile/glass auxiliaries - Fabric smoothing finishing and glass surface hydrophobic coating
