A: We offer flexible Zero-MOQ service. For our self-brand (ERICW series) products, orders can start from 1 kg or 1 pail. For branded products, MOQ follows the original manufacturer's packaging (e.g., 20 kg), but samples are available. Please contact our sales team for details.

A: We are a platform-based supply chain company. By integrating multiple cooperative manufacturing bases and brand distribution resources, we enable small-batch flexible supply, helping SMEs lower procurement barriers and reduce inventory pressure.

A: For regular self-brand items, samples (1-2 kg) are provided free of charge (customer pays shipping). For high-value or branded items, a nominal sample fee may apply, which is fully deductible from your first formal order. Sample orders and bulk orders follow different commercial processes.

A: For in-stock items in China, samples are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment. For items requiring repackaging, delivery takes 3-5 business days.

A: We offer transparent pricing: product price + logistics cost + service fee — no hidden charges. Quotations are determined case by case based on product category, quantity, packaging requirements, delivery location, and other factors. Total procurement costs (including logistics, testing, and risk) are typically 5-10% below the industry average.

A: The quoted price includes standard packaging. Additional costs (special packaging, expedited shipping, third-party testing, advanced technical consulting, etc.) will be communicated and agreed upon upfront.

A: All products come with original COA (Certificate of Analysis), TDS (Technical Data Sheet), MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), and batch traceability documents. For self-brand products, we can also attach test reports from our partner research institute (XRD, GC-MS, NMR, etc.).

A: We are a qualified distributor for global brands including Evonik, BASF, Clariant, Croda, Wacker, and more. We provide distributor authorization letters (verifiable with manufacturers), original COA/TDS/MSDS, and batch traceability codes.

A: Domestic in-stock items: 1-2 business days after payment. Non-stock items: 3-5 business days. International orders depend on inventory and shipping schedule.

A: Yes. Through supply chain integration and consolidated shipping, we help customers save 15-30% on logistics costs. One-stop purchasing across five major product categories avoids multiple freight charges from scattered sourcing.

A: For self-brand products, we retain samples from every batch with recorded analytical spectra and key index data. For branded products, we rely on the original manufacturer's QC and supply original batch reports. Customers can request archived reports at any time.

A: Please retain the original packaging and samples. We will jointly appoint a third-party lab for testing. If the fault is ours (counterfeit or non-conforming self-brand products), we will refund or replace and cover direct losses.

A: For self-brand products, we can attach test reports from our partner research institute (Hebei Waterborne Coating Technology Research Institute). For external lab testing (SGS, CTI, etc.), we can arrange it at cost.

A: We offer end-to-end services: product selection, quality testing (XRD, NMR, GC-MS, SEM), formulation recommendations, logistics, and customs clearance. Basic advice is free. For complex problems, we can engage our partner institute for component analysis or failure analysis (fee-based, with preferential rates for clients).

A: Visit our online platform or mini-app, enter your application scenario (e.g., "defoamer for waterborne wood coatings"), and the system will recommend 3-5 matched products (self-brand + branded) with performance comparisons and typical dosages — completely free of charge.

A: Domestic: bank transfer, WeChat/Alipay (for small amounts), bank acceptance draft (for large amounts). International: T/T, L/C (subject to credit assessment).
