Biaomei SiFast SF-725 is a high-efficiency leveling and defoaming agent under Biaomei brand, formulated as polyether-modified organopolysiloxane, a new type of highly compatible organosilicon non-ionic surfactant, specially developed for solvent-based coating, ink and resin systems. It can significantly reduce system surface tension, has both rapid leveling and strong wetting effects
Rapid and efficient leveling - Fast leveling speed, quickly smooth construction marks, improve the flatness of paint/ink film surface
Strong substrate wetting - Optimize the wetting effect of coatings and inks on substrates, reduce defects such as craters and pinholes
Excellent defoaming and dispersing - Good defoaming effect, coupled with superior dispersibility, ensuring system stability
Excellent solvent compatibility - Good compatibility with various organic solvents, suitable for various resin systems, no adverse reactions
Low tension easy construction - Significantly reduce system surface tension, optimize construction fluency, easy to stir and add
UV coatings - Suitable for various UV coating systems, balancing leveling and defoaming, ensuring surface texture after curing
Polyurethane resins - Used in polyurethane resin systems, optimize leveling performance, improve resin application performance
Printing inks - Suitable for various solvent-based printing inks, defoaming and leveling, ensuring clear and uniform printed patterns
Solvent-based wood coatings - Optimize wood coating leveling, improve wetting effect, highlight the natural texture of wood
Solvent-based plastic coatings - Suitable for plastic substrate coating, reduce surface defects, improve coating adhesion
