Clariant Hostavin® N 392 is a composite system of oligomeric HALS Hostavin N 30 and selected wax, in the form of fine powder. Relying on the synergistic effect of fine particle size and wax, it can achieve uniform distribution of light stabilizer in resin without high-intensity mechanical mixing process, ensuring long-term weathering protection of plastics.
Compounded by oligomeric HALS Hostavin N 30 and special wax, combining excellent light stability and outstanding dispersibility.
Fine powder particle size design, combined with the lubricating and dispersing effect of wax, reduces dependence on high-intensity mixing equipment.
Even in processes without high-intensity mechanical mixing such as rotational molding and sintering, it can still realize uniform distribution in resin without local agglomeration risk.
Good compatibility with various resins such as polyolefins and engineering plastics, without affecting the mechanical properties and surface finish of products.
Excellent migration resistance and extraction resistance, with long-lasting and stable protective effect, not easy to lose during use.
Suitable for rotational molding plastic products, such as large storage tanks and outdoor amusement facility shells, ensuring uniform distribution of light stabilizer.
Compatible with plastic parts processed by sintering molding, such as porous filter materials and special-shaped structural parts, improving weathering stability.
Applicable to polyolefin (PE, PP) films, pipes and sheets, especially suitable for production scenarios without high-intensity mixing procedures.
Used in injection-molded parts of engineering plastics (PA, POM), improving the distribution uniformity of light stabilizer in thick-walled products.
