IGM Omnipol 2702 is a novel Type II polymeric UV photoinitiator in the Omnipol series, a difunctional benzophenone derivative. Designed for high-end UV curing systems requiring low migration and low odor, it can efficiently initiate polymerization under UV light, with extremely high curing speed and excellent environmental performance. Its high purity makes it preferred in the food packaging industry, and it can be provided in mixed form for easy processing, suitable for various high-end UV curing scenarios
Efficient blended initiation - Dual-component synergistic effect, fast initiation speed, curing efficiency exceeds single photoinitiator
No yellowing throughout - No yellowing before and after curing, perfectly suitable for transparent and light-colored formulations
Full liquid formula - Liquid form, easy to add and mix, good fluidity, ready to use without pretreatment
Broad system compatibility - Suitable for various acrylate systems, compatible with most UV coatings, inks and adhesives
Low residue and high purity - No harmful residues after curing, excellent purity, ensuring stable end-product qualit
Transparent UV coatings - Clear varnishes for wood and plastic, non-yellowing, improving surface gloss and durability
UV transparent inks - High-end transparent printing inks, ensuring printing precision, suitable for high-appearance scenarios
UV adhesives - Transparent UV adhesives, shortening curing cycle, enhancing bond strength without affecting transparency
Optical fiber coatings - UV curing coatings for optical fibers, non-yellowing, ensuring stable optical performance
High-end plastic coatings - Transparent UV coatings for plastic substrates, meeting eco-friendly requirements, long-lasting transparency
