IGM Omnirad 2100 is a high-efficiency blended liquid UV photoinitiator in the Omnirad series, an acylphosphine oxide Type I PI. It rapidly decomposes to generate free radicals under UV light, efficiently initiates polymerization of diluted acrylates and acrylate oligomers, with both surface and through cure performance, compatible with LED curing equipment, and can directly replace Omnirad TPO, suitable for various UV curing scenarios.
Blended efficient initiation - Acylphosphine oxide blended formula, fast initiation speed, both surface and through cure
Liquid easy processing - Liquid form, easy to add and mix, good fluidity, suitable for large-scale production
Excellent replacement performance - Can replace Omnirad TPO one-to-one without formula adjustment, reducing replacement cost
Broad system compatibility - Suitable for clear, white, pigmented and water-based systems, extremely versatile
LED curing compatible - Compatible with LED curing equipment, lower energy consumption, meeting eco-efficient production
