IGM Omnirad 4265 is a high-synergy binary blend Type I free radical UV photoinitiator in the Omnirad series, designed for UV radiation curing systems. Its core is a 50:50 ratio blend of diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)-phosphine oxide and 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-propan-1-one. It can efficiently decompose to generate free radicals under UV light, quickly initiating photopolymerization of unsaturated prepolymers such as acrylates with mono and multifunctional vinyl monomers
Binary component synergy - 50:50 blend ratio, two components complement each other, initiation efficiency far exceeds single photoinitiator
Efficient and comprehensive curing - Fast and uniform surface and deep curing, reducing incomplete curing problems
Broad-spectrum compatibility - Suitable for acrylate systems, compatible with solvent-based UV formulations, strong versatility
Low-yellowing property - No obvious yellowing after curing, suitable for light-colored, transparent and pigmented systems, good decorativeness
Easy processing and addition - Solid powder form, easy to weigh, store and transport, convenient dispersion, not easy to agglomerate
Transparent UV varnishes - Transparent varnishes for wood, glass and plastic, maintaining high light transmittance, not easy to lose light after long-term use
Pigmented UV coatings - Wood, plastic pigmented UV coatings, uniform curing, improving coating wear resistance and decorativeness
UV ink field - Screen, offset inks, suitable for paper, plastic, metal substrates, high printing precision
Plastic coating field - UV coatings for plastic products, good fit, no impact on plastic performance
General UV curing - UV curing adhesives and prepolymer systems, suitable for various substrates, reliable performance
