IGM Omnirad 819DW is a water-dispersible bis-acylphosphine oxide Type I free radical UV photoinitiator in the Omnirad® series, designed for UV radiation curing systems. Its core component is a water dispersion of 45% bis-acylphosphine oxide (BAPO). It can efficiently decompose to generate free radicals under UV light, quickly initiating the polymerization of acrylates and unsaturated oligomers
High-efficiency Type I initiation - Bis-acylphosphine oxide structure, high initiation efficiency, excellent deep curing effect and fast curing speed
Water-dispersible property - Can be directly dispersed in water, suitable for water-based UV systems, environmentally friendly without solvent pollution
Good dispersion stability - Uniform and stable dispersion, not easy to stratify or agglomerate, long storage period and convenient metering addition
Strong broad-spectrum adaptability - Suitable for water-based coatings and ink systems, compatible with various unsaturated prepolymers and vinyl monomers
Thick-layer curing advantage - Can achieve thick-section curing, suitable for emulsion-type and 100% UV curing systems, stable performance
Water-based UV coating field - Water-based wood and plastic coatings, uniform curing, improving coating wear resistance and gloss
Water-based UV ink field - Water-based screen and flexo inks, suitable for paper and plastic substrates, environmentally friendly and odorless
Prepreg system field - UV curing of fiber prepreg systems, suitable for impregnation treatment of wood and metal substrates
Water-based varnish field - Water-based transparent varnishes, no yellowing after curing, maintaining high light transmittance and decorativeness
Emulsion-type UV system - Emulsion-type UV curing products, achieving efficient curing, balancing environmental protection and performance need
