IGM Omnirad EHA is a high-efficiency tertiary amine synergist in the Omnirad series, formerly BASF, designed for various UV curing systems. It is not used alone, but works synergistically with Type II photoinitiators to solve oxygen inhibition, generate more active free radicals via hydrogen abstraction, accelerate polymerization, achieve complete curing, and is an essential auxiliary for improving UV curing efficiency and quality.
Significant synergistic effect - Cooperates with Type II photoinitiators, solves oxygen inhibition, greatly improves curing efficiency
Efficient hydrogen abstraction - Rapidly generates active free radicals, ensures complete curing, avoids surface tackiness
Broad system compatibility - Suitable for most UV coatings, inks and adhesives, extremely versatile
Convenient to add - Soluble in organic solvents and acrylate monomers, easy to meter, suitable for large-scale production
Excellent curing quality - Improves coating uniformity, enhances adhesion and wear resistance, optimizes end-product textur
UV coatings field - Wood/plastic/metal UV coatings, improving curing speed and coating density
UV inks field - Offset/flexo/screen inks, ensuring rapid drying and strong adhesion of prints
UV adhesives field - Various fast-curing UV adhesives, shortening curing cycle and enhancing bond strength
Electronic materials field - Circuit board solder masks, electronic packaging materials, ensuring curing precision and stability
Optical fiber coatings field - UV curing coatings for optical fibers, improving protection and extending service life
