WACKER AK 2000 SILICONE FLUID is a low-medium viscosity linear non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane in WACKER® AK series, designed for general lubrication, electrical insulation, textile finishing and defoaming. With high bond energy Si-O structure, it has excellent temperature resistance, low volatility and strong hydrophobicity, good fluidity and processability, outperforming traditional mineral oils.
Low-Medium Viscosity & Easy Processing - Moderate-low viscosity, excellent fluidity, easy to add and coat, suitable for various processes
Stable Chemical Inertness - Non-reactive, resistant to acid, alkali and oxidation, good compatibility with most substrates and organic solvents
Wide Temperature Range & Aging Resistance - Stable at -60℃ to 300℃, resistant to radiation and high-temperature oxidation, long-term stable performance
Low Volatility & Low Loss - Extremely low volatility, good shear stability, less loss and long service life during long-term use
Excellent Surface Performance - Low surface tension, outstanding hydrophobicity, with good lubrication and isolation properties
General Lubrication - Lubrication for precision machinery and small bearings, reducing friction and extending equipment service life
Electrical Insulation Medium - Insulation for low-voltage electrical and electronic components, suitable for high-low temperature environments with stable insulation performance
Textile Finishing - Smoothing and waterproof finishing agent for fabrics, improving fabric hand feel and water resistance
Industrial Defoaming - Defoaming for anhydrous/low-water systems, fast bubble breaking, long-term foam inhibition, no impact on system performance
Rubber & Plastic Mold Release - Mold release for light rubber and plastic products, easy to peel off, no pollution to product surface
