Covestro NeoCryl HX-39 is a high-performance water-based acrylic resin, designed for coatings, adhesives, inks and textile treatment, etc. With acrylic acid as the main component (content less than 1%), it presents a clear yellowish appearance and has a low pH value of 2, excellent physical stability, a boiling point of 100°C and a flash point higher than 100°C, ensuring safe storage and transportation
