Dow XIAMETER® RBB-2500-80 is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) from Dow’s XIAMETER® portfolio, offering excellent mechanical strength, thermal stability up to 200°C, and easy processing via compression or injection molding. It cures rapidly with platinum catalysts, delivers low compression set, and meets ISO 10993 biocompatibility requirements for medical applications.
