DOWSIL SM 5512 is a high-performance silicone emulsion designed for protective coatings in harsh environments. It appears as a milky liquid with a viscosity of 800-1,500 mPa·s, maintaining stable performance across a pH range of 6-9 and at temperatures up to 80°C. With a solid content of 50%±2%, it forms dense protective films—boasting water resistance exceeding 1,000 hours and QUV weathering resistance of ≥2,000 hours.
