DOW XIAMETER ACP-0100 is a 100% active silicone/silica defoamer designed for solvent-based systems. It takes the form of a milky viscous liquid (viscosity 2,000-3,500 cP) and retains stable performance in environments with over 50% solvent content. Boasting dynamic surface tension as low as 20 dyn/cm, it clears micron-scale foam within 3 minutes (and suppresses foam for more than 8 hours). Certified by FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and ISO 9001, it lowers mineral oil defoamer consumption by 30% in epoxy resin processing.
