DuPont Elvaloy® 741 is a high-molecular-weight terpolymer designed specifically for modifying PVC, CPVC and TPU materials, with dual functions of toughening and elasticity enhancement. Free from migration risks of traditional liquid plasticizers, it is compatible with conventional polyolefin processing equipment and serves as a preferred modification raw material for flexible PVC products.
Non-migrating modification property, replacing liquid plasticizers to avoid product oil exudation, fogging and performance degradation, ensuring long-term use stability.
Significant toughening and elasticity enhancement effect, improving toughness and elasticity of PVC and CPVC materials after addition and reducing low-temperature cracking risk.
Excellent compatibility, enabling efficient blending with polar materials such as PVC and TPU without damaging the original molding accuracy of substrates.
Good processability, with a maximum processing temperature of 240℃, no obvious degradation during thermal processing and high process stability.
Balanced mechanical properties, with elongation at break up to 950% and Shore A hardness of 70, making modified products both flexible and structurally strong.
Production of flexible PVC roof membranes, improving weather resistance, tear resistance and long-term flexibility of membrane materials.
PVC mulch film modification, enhancing puncture resistance and aging resistance of mulch films and extending their service life in the field.
CPVC pipe modification, improving impact resistance and low-temperature resistance of pipes and expanding application scenarios.
TPU elastomer modification, optimizing material flexibility and processing fluidity and improving product hand feel.
Production of soft PVC daily necessities such as sealing strips and anti-slip mats, avoiding safety hazards caused by plasticizer migration.
