Evonik AEROSIL 300 is a high-surface-area hydrophilic fumed silica imported from Germany, manufactured via gas-phase process. Designed for reinforcement and rheology control in high-performance systems, it features excellent thickening, thixotropy, high transparency and electrical insulation, widely used in coatings, silicone rubber, inks and other fields.
High-surface-area reinforcement - With a specific surface area of 300±30 m²/g, it provides efficient thickening and thixotropy, enhancing structural viscosity of systems.
Excellent dispersion & transparency - Easy to disperse, maintaining high transparency in silicone rubber and unsaturated polyester resins without affecting appearance.
Good heat resistance & insulation - Excellent heat resistance and good electrical insulation, suitable for strict scenarios like cable materials and HTV silicone rubber.
Optimized powder fluidity - Good fluidity in powder form, easy to add, anti-caking, improving processing convenience.
Multi-system compatibility - Compatible with various systems like coatings, inks, adhesives, meeting diverse performance needs of different industries.
Coatings & inks - Regulate rheology, anti-settling and anti-sagging, improve pigment dispersion stability and paint film texture.
High-temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber - Efficient reinforcement, enhance mechanical strength while maintaining high transparency and heat resistance.
Cable materials & unsaturated polyester resins - Endow excellent electrical insulation and transparency, ensuring long-term stable use of products.
Adhesives & sealants - Regulate thixotropy, prevent sagging, improve bonding strength and construction reliability.
Printing inks - Optimize thixotropy and thickening effect, enhance printing fluency and uniform color presentation.
