Hemispherx Levaslip 8629 is a polyether-modified polysiloxane flow agent that enhances both solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems. It improves flow and leveling while eliminating surface defects like orange peel and craters. The additive also provides anti-blocking properties and excellent substrate wetting for uniform film formation.
Surface Defect Control – Reduces orange peel, craters, and pinholes
Enhanced Flow & Leveling – Promotes uniform film formation
Anti-Blocking – Prevents adhesion between coated surfaces
Superior Wetting – Improves substrate compatibility
Broad Compatibility – Works with solvent and solvent-free systems
Wood Coatings – Furniture and cabinet finishes
UV-Curable Coatings – Fast-curing applications
2K Polyurethane Systems – Protective and decorative coatings
Unsaturated Polyester Coatings – Composite materials and industrial finishes
