HIFULL HB-139 is a high-quality hydrophobic fumed silica, made by modifying HL-200 hydrophilic fumed silica with PMDS. It has excellent thixotropic thickening, anti-sagging, reinforcement and flow aid, with strong stability and high transparency, suitable for silicone rubber, coatings and adhesives.
Exclusive PMDS modification – modified with polydimethylsiloxane, outstanding hydrophobicity and waterproofness, improve long-term storage stability of formulas
Efficient thixotropy & anti-sagging – excellent thixotropic performance, effectively prevent system sagging, optimize construction convenience and product flatness
Excellent reinforcement adaptability – significant reinforcement effect at high filling level of silicone rubber, no structuring effect, ensuring stable product performance
High transparency & low interference – high transparency, no impact on the appearance of end products, suitable for transparent systems and high-cleanliness scenarios
Easy dispersion & processing – fluffy white powder, no agglomeration, fast wetting and dispersion, suitable for various production processes, reducing processing costs
Silicone rubber products – suitable for RTV-1, RTV-2, LSR and other silicone rubbers, efficiently reinforcing and improving mechanical properties and service life
Adhesives/sealants – improving thixotropy and bonding strength, enhancing waterproof sealing performance and long-term reliability
Defoamers – relying on hydrophobic properties to improve defoaming efficiency and durability, suitable for various defoaming systems
Toner – as a flow aid to improve powder fluidity and optimize toner dispersion and printing performance
Powder coatings – anti-caking and flow aid, enhancing coating processability and construction leveling
