KDD 707 from KDD Chemicals' low-temperature crosslinking water-based baking paint-specific acrylic resin series is a high-performance resin designed for low-temperature curing water-based electroplating varnish and amino baking paint scenarios. Adopting PM/water environmental mixed solvent system, this resin is transparent to slightly emulsified liquid with 50% solid content, featuring core advantage of low-temperature curing at 100℃.
Low-temperature efficient curing - Crosslinking and curing can be completed at 100℃, no need for high-temperature baking, significantly reducing energy consumption, suitable for coating of heat-sensitive substrates.
Outstanding optical performance - High transparency with chromaticity ≤3, full gloss after film formation, perfectly showing substrate decorative texture, suitable for high-gloss coating needs.
Strong metal adhesion - Excellent adhesion to metal and electroplated substrates, firm bonding after film formation, ensuring long-term coating protection and decorative stability.
