Mitsubishi BR-113 is a high-performance thermoplastic acrylic resin, designed for protective and decorative coatings on plastics, automobiles, metals, wood and other substrates. As a hardness-improved version of BR-106, this solvent-based solid powder resin has low VOC, low odor, fast drying, excellent pigment dispersibility, good weak solvent solubility, improved adhesion to plastics and alcohol/solvent resistance, high gloss, weather resistance and pollution resistance
Low VOC environmental protection formula - Solid powder, low odor and low VOC emission, meeting environmental protection coating standards, directly compounded into weak solvent systems.
Wide system compatibility - Suitable for solvent-based systems, compatible with substrates such as ABS, PS, PP and various resins/pigments, with flexible formulation.
Cost-effective protection - Excellent hardness and adhesion, providing weather resistance, pollution resistance and solvent resistance protection at a competitive cost.
Processing advantages - Fast drying, easy to add and disperse, improving coating efficiency and simplifying construction process.
Plastic coatings: Home appliance/automotive plastic parts such as ABS, PS, PP, improving scratch resistance and decoration.
Automotive coating: Body surface and wheel coating, providing high-gloss and weather-resistant protection, suitable for refinishing and original factory coating.
Metal protection: Primer coating for galvanized iron, aluminum, PVC steel plates, enhancing adhesion and corrosion resistance, suitable for sandwich steel plates.
Woodworking and can coating: Wood furniture paint, can outer wall coating, keeping light and color, pollution-resistant and easy to clean.
