TEGO Airex 904W is a German-origin defoamer, formulated as a 100% active polyether-silicone/fumed silica hybrid. Engineered with advanced thermo-mechanical properties specifically for waterborne coatings, it appears as a milky to pale yellow liquid with a viscosity of 800-1,500 mPa·s. It demonstrates superior compatibility in latex paints, industrial waterborne coatings, and high-solid emulsion systems, achieving ≥99.5% foam suppression at a dosage of 0.02%-0.1%. Certified by REACH, ISO 9001, Blue Angel, and GB 24408-2020, it enhances in-can appearance (no oil spots) and leveling (orange peel Ra≤0.08 μm) with a surface tension as low as 20.5 dyn/cm (in 0.1% solution).
