Evonik TEGO Foamex K3 is a modified polyether-silicone/nanosilica composite emulsion defoamer, engineered with advanced thermo-mechanical properties to secure a competitive edge in industrial applications. It appears as a milky homogeneous liquid with a viscosity of 400-1,000 mPa·s, maintaining stable activity under pH 3-11 and temperatures ≤75°C. At a dosage of 0.03%-0.12%, it effectively eliminates microbubbles ≤50 μm. Certified by REACH, ISO 9001, and GB 30981-2020, it enhances anti-blocking performance (no adhesion at 80°C under 1kg pressure) and print dot clarity (dot gain ≤1.5%) in waterborne industrial coatings and gravure inks.
