Wacker SEMICOSIL 970 TC is a thermally conductive, addition-cure liquid silicone rubber designed for potting, encapsulation and thermal interface applications. It offers excellent heat dissipation, low compression set, high dielectric strength and stable performance from −40°C to 200°C. The platinum-catalyzed formulation ensures precise cure control and minimal shrinkage.
