Features Of Wacker VINNAPAS 8031 H Dispersible Polymer Powder

  1. Enhanced flexibility and crack bridging in cementitious renders and plasters.

  2. Improved workability and extended open time for manual application.

  3. Excellent adhesion to low-absorbency substrates such as concrete, tiles, and EIFS.

  4. Good water resistance after film formation while maintaining vapor permeability.

  5. Optimized redispersibility and film-forming capability at low addition levels (typically 3–6 % by weight of dry binder).

Typical Applications Of Wacker VINNAPAS 8031 H Dispersible Polymer Powder

  1. Cement-based thin-bed tile adhesives (C2TE according to EN 12004).

  2. Exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS) base coats and reinforcing layers.

  3. Repair mortars for concrete and masonry substrates.

  4. Flexible waterproofing slurries and anti-crack coatings.

  5. Self-leveling underlayments with improved cohesion and substrate bonding.
