Allnex VIACRYL 1111w/70MP Acrylic Resin

Allnex VIACRYL 1111w/70MP from Allnex's VIACRYL series water-based radiation-curable cathodic electrodeposition acrylate resin range is a high-performance radiation-curable cathodically depositable acrylate binder. Designed for heat-sensitive metal substrate coating, it cures rapidly under UV light or electron beam radiation, forming a smooth film after low-temperature drying at 80℃ for 10 minutes.

Features Of Allnex VIACRYL 1111w/70MP Acrylic Resin

  1. Rapid radiation curing - Fast curing response to UV/electron beam radiation, significantly improving production efficiency.

  2. Low-temperature drying adaptability - Only 80℃ short-time drying required, perfectly matching heat resistance of heat-sensitive substrates.

  3. Excellent film performance - High hardness, scratch-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant and yellowing-resistant, with long-lasting stable protection.

  4. Environmental and low-consumption advantages - Water-based system with little or no odor, low flammability, complying with environmental coating trends.

Typical Applications Of Allnex VIACRYL 1111w/70MP Acrylic Resin

  1. Industrial metal protective coatings: Protective and decorative topcoats for general machinery and metal components,

  2. Metallized plastic coating: Protective and decorative coatings for metallized plastic components, adapting to heat-sensitive characteristics.

  3. Special heat-sensitive alloy coating: Cathodic electrodeposition protective coatings for special heat-sensitive alloy components.

  4. Electronic component housings: Low-temperature flexible protective coatings for metal housings of precision electronic components.

  5. Automotive heat-sensitive parts: Decorative and protective coatings for heat-sensitive metal parts of automotive interiors.

  6. Vacuum metallized substrates: Matching protective topcoats for vacuum metallized substrates.
