CCP FP-2100J Flame Retardant is a halogen-free, phosphorus-based intumescent flame retardant from CCP’s FP series. Designed for engineering plastics like PA6/PA66, it delivers UL94 V-0 rating at low loading, excellent thermal stability, and minimal impact on mechanical properties. Eco-friendly, RoHS-compliant, and suitable for injection molding.

Features Of CCP FP-2100J Flame Retardant

  1. Halogen-free formulation ensuring low smoke density and minimal corrosive gas emission during combustion.

  2. Excellent thermal stability up to 300 °C, maintaining flame-retardant efficacy in high-temperature processing.

  3. Good compatibility with polyolefins (PP, PE) and engineering thermoplastics including PA6 and PBT.

  4. Non-migrating design provides long-term flame resistance without blooming or surface exudation.

  5. UL 94 V-0 rated at 1.6 mm thickness when compounded at recommended loading levels (18–22 wt%).
