DOW Chemical B-82 is a solid thermoplastic acrylic resin in the PARALOID™ series, designed for flexible coatings and adhesive formulation. It is transparent bead-like particles with 100% solid content, featuring excellent flexibility, durability and transparency. It has strong compatibility with various resins such as vinyl, nitrocellulose and chlorinated rubber.
Excellent Flexible Film Formation - High film softness, suitable for substrates requiring bending and deformation, not easy to crack and fall off
Wide Resin Compatibility - Compatible with various resins including vinyl, nitrocellulose and chlorinated rubber, with strong formulation adaptability
Stable and Durable Performance - Weather and aging resistant, not prone to gloss loss or discoloration during long-term outdoor use, with good chemical corrosion resistance
Convenient Processing and Application - Transparent bead-like particles, accurate metering, safe storage and transportation, good solubility and dispersibility, easy to add and use
Plastic Substrate Coatings - Suitable for plastic parts such as ABS, PC and PVC, providing flexible protection and decoration, applicable to home appliances and automotive interiors
Metal Flexible Coatings - Used for metal components, pipes and other parts requiring deformation, corrosion prevention and adapting to deformation needs
Wood Decoration Coatings - Flexible coatings on the surface of furniture, floors, etc., balancing decoration and deformation resistance
Composite Adhesives - Used for composite bonding of materials such as plastics and metals, with high bonding strength and flexibility
