DSM Neocryl XK-39 is a waterborne acrylic copolymer emulsion in the Neocryl XK series, designed for water-resistant, grain raising prevention and sandable coatings of wood coatings. It is a milky-white liquid with 45% solid content, pH 2.3, viscosity 60 mPa.s (25°C) and minimum film-forming temperature 57°C. It has strong water resistance, can effectively prevent wood grain raising, good sandability, excellent adhesion to wood substrates
Effective Wood Grain Raising Prevention - Can effectively inhibit the raising of wood fiber grain after wood coating, ensuring a smooth and flat coating surface and improving the decorative effect.
Excellent Water Resistance - Water and moisture resistant, reducing the impact of moisture on wood substrates and coatings, and preventing coating blistering and peeling.
Outstanding Sandability - Smooth coating sanding, fine surface after sanding, suitable for wood primer sanding and topcoat finishing needs.
Stable Adhesion to Wood - Strong adhesion to various wood substrates, not easy to peel or crack after film formation, ensuring long-term stability of the coating.
Solid Wood Furniture Protective Primer - Used for solid wood furniture, preventing wood grain raising, enhancing adhesion, and laying a flat foundation for topcoats.
Wood Panel Decorative Topcoat - Used for density boards, multi-layer boards and other wood panels, water-resistant and sandable, improving the decorative and protective performance of wood panels.
Weather-Resistant Coating for Wooden Doors & Windows - Used for wooden doors and windows, water and weather resistant, preventing wood grain raising, extending the service life of doors and windows.
