DuPont Elvaloy® HP441 is a high-performance terpolymer with ultra-low glass transition temperature and ultra-high elongation at break. Serving as a non-migrating plasticizer and flexibility modifier, it optimizes performance of various polymer systems with excellent processability.
Non-migrating property, replacing traditional plasticizers to avoid oil exudation and fogging of products.
Outstanding flexibility with elongation at break over 1200% and glass transition temperature as low as -54℃, ensuring excellent low-temperature crack resistance.
Good compatibility, blending with PE, PP, PVC and other resins to enhance substrate flexibility and weather resistance.
Strong process adaptability, moldable by conventional extrusion and injection equipment with high process stability.
Balanced mechanical properties, with good matching of tensile strength and hardness, preventing deformation of modified products.
Used as non-migrating PVC plasticizer for manufacturing high-end products such as medical catheters and food-grade seals.
Applied in PP and PE resin modification to improve flexibility and puncture resistance of films or sheets.
Suitable for rubber product modification, enhancing process fluidity and finished product elasticity of EPDM.
Used in preparation of low-hardness TPE, replacing partial rubber raw materials to reduce costs.
Added as coating additive to enhance coating flexibility and bending resistance, reducing cracking risk.
