ERICW EW-7100 electronic fluorinated liquid is a nonafluoroisobutyl methyl ether product. It has zero ODP value (ozone depletion value), good electrical insulation and chemical stability, and can be used in electronic instrument cleaning, optical system cleaning, semiconductor manufacturing, heat conduction and other fields. It is a colorless and transparent liquid substance at room temperature, with a slow volatilization rate, non-toxic and harmless, non-flammable in the air, showing excellent safety and thermal stability. It is used as a heat transfer cooling medium in semiconductor dry etching, wafer testing, packaging and other processes.
