ERICW EW-9501 self-crosslinking fluororesin can be crosslinked and cured into a tough coating film. This film has excellent comprehensive protective properties such as super strong adhesion, weather resistance, salt spray resistance, corrosion resistance and surface antifouling. It can be widely used in protective coatings such as metals, buildings, bridges, aircraft, optical fibers, coils, petrochemical pipelines, as well as coatings for non-stick pans, rice cookers, and pharmaceutical sustained-release agents.
Molecular structure and characteristics It is a fluorine-containing resin containing 3 hydroxyl groups and a 6-carbon main chain. The molecular structure is C9F17OC4H9O3 and the molecular weight is 554. At a certain temperature, it can be self-crosslinked and cured into a semi-transparent cured film with low surface tension. It can also be crosslinked at room temperature in the presence of a curing agent to form a film. Its mesh structure gives the product excellent weather resistance, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and has excellent properties such as demoulding, waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling (water drop angle 110 degrees), and strong adhesion.
Strong adhesion: Stronger adhesion to the substrate, no need to prime the substrate, making the coating durable and not easy to crack or fall off
Heat resistance: Can withstand high temperatures above 200°C, suitable for non-stick pan coatings
Waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-resistant: Resistant to wet rubbing and moisture, it protects the metal from oxidation and rust, effectively prevents oil stains, and keeps the substrate clean for a long time
Acid, alkali, and salt resistance: Good corrosion resistance to general chemicals and stable properties
Weather resistance: Good stability to light, ozone, and ultraviolet rays, freeing items from extreme climate restrictions such as low or high temperatures, and not easy to crack or brittle
Environmentally friendly: Does not contain harmful chemicals and is environmentally friendly
Non-Stick Cookware: Inner coating for rice cookers/pans (FDA 21 CFR 175.300 compliant).
Heavy Corrosion Protection: Bridges/pipelines coatings (chloride ion penetration ↓90%).
Architectural Facades: Self-cleaning fluorocarbon paints (>90% dirt removal by rain).
Fiber Optic Encapsulation: Waterproofing layer (water absorption ≤0.1%).
Medical Device Coating: Antimicrobial catheter film (ISO 10993 certified).
