Features Of GECN703 Epoxy Resin

  1. High reactivity with standard amine and anhydride hardeners for rapid cure at ambient or elevated temperatures.

  2. Excellent adhesion to metals, composites, and treated plastics without primer requirement.

  3. Low viscosity (12,000–15,000 cP at 25°C) enabling easy processing via casting, impregnation, and filament winding.

  4. Superior chemical resistance to alkalis, solvents, and diluted acids after full cure.

  5. UL 94 V-0 rated flame retardancy when formulated with appropriate additives.

Typical Applications Of GECN703 Epoxy Resin

  1. Structural adhesive systems for aerospace composite bonding.

  2. Electrical encapsulation and potting of high-voltage power electronics.

  3. Wind turbine blade matrix resin in vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM).

  4. High-performance coating base for corrosion-resistant industrial flooring.

  5. Matrix resin for carbon fiber prepregs used in automotive lightweighting components.
