Kraton D1192 A is a solid thermoplastic SBS elastomer with a reasonable bound styrene content range, low volatile content and moderate hardness. It can be compounded with resins and rubbers for modification to flexibly adjust product adhesion and flex resistance, meeting the needs of daily packaging and parts assembly scenarios.
Bound styrene content ranges from 28.5-32.5% and vinyl content exceeds 35%, achieving a good balance between product rigidity and toughness
Volatile content is less than 0.30%, with no obvious volatilization during processing and high stability of molded products
Melt flow rate is less than 1.0 g/10min, suitable for molding and extrusion processes, ensuring high structural compactness of finished products
Shore A hardness reaches 70, combining good deformation resistance and flexibility for multi-scenario applications
Excellent compatibility with resins and rubbers, optimizing the sealing and buffering performance of packaging materials after compounding
