SEPTON™ 2104 is a SEPS styrenic thermoplastic elastomer of Kuraray’s 2000 series with ultra-high 65% styrene content and non-crystallizing structure. It features high hardness, good melt flowability, excellent heat & weather resistance and high electrical insulation, ideal for rigid-tough material modification and high-hardness soft component processing.

High-hardness soft components: Used in automotive interior hard soft-touch parts, stationery pen holders and tool handles for rigid-tough texture.
Electrical and electronic components: Applied in wire cable insulation layers, electronic component gaskets for high electrical insulation.
Daily necessities: Processed into high-hardness toy parts, sporting goods accessories with excellent wear resistance and durability.
Adhesive formulations: Compounded with tackifying resins to make high-hardness structural adhesives for bonding rigid plastic and metal materials.
