SEPTON™ 4033 is a SEEPS styrenic thermoplastic elastomer of Kuraray’s 4000 series with 30% styrene content. It features higher tensile strength, excellent oil retention and good PE compatibility, low melt flow, superior heat/weather resistance and electrical insulation, ideal for high-performance gel, film and automotive component formulation.

No plasticizer added, environmentally friendly, with good compatibility with tackifying resins, process oil for adhesive and sealant formulation.
High-performance gel products: Used in oil-filled gel for electronic potting, automotive cushioning and medical gel pads with oil retention.
Flexible films and sheets: Processed into high-toughness films for food packaging, automotive interior films with heat/weather resistance.
Automotive components: Applied in oil seals, vibration dampers and wire cable fillers for oil resistance and mechanical strength.
Adhesives and sealants: Formulated into high-performance structural adhesives for PE material bonding with good compatibility.
Polymer modification: Serves as a toughening modifier for PE/PP blends, improving tensile strength and low-temperature performance.
