Features Of PhireGuard MB-512 Flame Retardant

  1. Halogen-free formulation ensuring low smoke density and zero corrosive gas emission during combustion.

  2. Excellent thermal stability, maintaining performance up to 300 °C without significant decomposition.

  3. High phosphorus content (≥24 wt%) enabling efficient condensed-phase flame inhibition.

  4. Good compatibility with polyolefins, engineering thermoplastics, and elastomer matrices.

  5. UL 94 V-0 rated at 1.6 mm thickness in PP composites (loading: 22–25 wt%).
