Solvay HT 424 Adhesive is a high-performance thermoplastic film adhesive from Solvay’s HT series, engineered for aerospace and composite bonding. It offers excellent peel strength, thermal stability up to 180°C, low-temperature tack, and solvent-free processing. Compatible with carbon fiber, CFRP, and metal substrates, it enables rapid, clean, and reliable structural bonding in demanding OEM applications.

Features Of Solvay HT 424 Adhesive

  1. High-temperature resistance up to 250 °C continuous service with short-term peaks to 300 °C.

  2. Excellent chemical resistance to aviation fuels, hydraulic fluids, and common solvents.

  3. Low outgassing performance, compliant with ASTM E595 for space and vacuum applications.

  4. Two-component epoxy system with extended pot life (≥90 min at 23 °C) for flexible processing.

  5. High bond strength on composites, titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum substrates.
