WACKER AK 1000000 SILICONE FLUID is an ultra-high viscosity linear silicone fluid in Wacker’s AK series, designed for heavy damping, long-term lubrication, high-temperature sealing, material thickening and long-lasting hydrophobic protection. With high bond energy Si–O framework and ultra-long molecular chain, it has excellent thermal stability, strong hydrophobicity and great shear stability.
Ultra-high viscosity & good film-forming - Extremely high viscosity, excellent film-forming, long-term protection without loss
Chemically inert & stable - Non-reactive, acid-alkali and oxidation resistant, compatible with most non-polar systems
Excellent wide-temperature resistance & durability - Stable work from -60℃ to 300℃, radiation resistant and not easy to thermally degrade
Low volatility & shear resistance - Extremely low volatility, good shear stability, stable performance in long-term use
Superior hydrophobicity & sealing - Low surface tension, hydrophobic and anti-stick, with both lubrication and sealing effects
Heavy damping & buffering - Damping and shock absorption of large equipment and precision instruments, stabilizing vibration amplitude
Long-term lubrication & protection - Lubrication of high-temperature heavy-duty machinery and bearings, reducing friction and wear
High-temperature sealing & filling - Sealing and gap filling in high-temperature working conditions, improving long-term sealing performance
Material thickening & modification - Thickening of coatings, inks and adhesives, adjusting rheological properties of systems
Long-lasting hydrophobic protection - Long-term hydrophobic treatment of glass, metal and textiles, improving weather resistance
