WACKER TN SILICONE RELEASE AGENT is a medium-viscosity modified functional silicone release agent in Wacker’s TN series, designed for thermal molding of rubber, plastics and low-melting nonferrous metals. It combines the advantages of silicone and mineral oils, good film-forming, low dosage, easy post-painting and printing of workpieces after release.
High efficiency & cost-saving - Excellent release effect with a small amount, reducing unit processing cost
Uniform film-forming & wide adaptability - Good film-forming performance, suitable for thermal molding molds of rubber, plastic and other materials
Good post-processing adaptability - Workpieces can be directly painted, printed and bonded after release without additional treatment
Good thermal stability & temperature resistance - Resistant to high temperature of thermal molding, stable performance and not easy to decompose
Good system compatibility & easy to add - Suitable for most molding systems, easy to disperse and add, no effect on product molding accuracy
Thermal molding of rubber products - Hot compression molding of rubber such as tires and seals, improving release efficiency and workpiece accuracy
Plastic product processing - Injection molding of engineering and general plastics, ensuring the surface integrity of workpieces
Low-melting metal molding - Die casting of low-melting nonferrous metals such as zinc and aluminum, reducing the risk of adhesion between mold and workpiece
Composite material molding - Hot press molding of fiber reinforced composite materials, suitable for multi-material composite molds
Precision parts release - Molding of precision parts such as electronic accessories, ensuring complete release of fine structures
