Lubrizol PEARLBOND 520 is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) resin designed for soft-touch overmolding and durable elastomeric applications. It offers excellent abrasion resistance, low-temperature flexibility, and strong substrate adhesion—especially to PP, ABS, and PC. This medical-grade TPU meets ISO 10993 biocompatibility requirements and supports extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding processes.
