Quansheng FR5100 Flame Retardant is a halogen-free, phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic intumescent flame retardant designed for polyolefins like PP and PE. It offers excellent thermal stability, low smoke density, and UL94 V-0 rating at 1.5–2.5 wt%. Eco-friendly, RoHS-compliant, and compatible with common additives, it ensures processing ease and superior mechanical retention in cable sheaths and automotive parts.

Features Of Quansheng FR5100 Flame Retardant

  1. Halogen-free formulation ensures low smoke density and negligible toxic gas emission during combustion.
