Features Of Martin Magnifin H5IV Flame Retardant

  1. Halogen-free formulation ensuring low smoke density and minimal toxic gas emission during combustion.

  2. Excellent thermal stability, maintaining performance up to 300 °C without significant decomposition.

  3. High phosphorus content (≥28 wt%) enabling efficient char formation and condensed-phase flame inhibition.

  4. Good compatibility with polyolefins, engineering thermoplastics, and elastomers without compromising mechanical properties.

  5. UL 94 V-0 rated at 1.6 mm thickness in PP and PE formulations when dosed at 22–25 wt%.

Typical Applications Of Martin Magnifin H5IV Flame Retardant

  1. Wire and cable insulation for low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) communication and power cables.

  2. Automotive interior components including dashboards, door panels, and seat foams.

  3. Electrical enclosures and housings for consumer electronics and industrial control units.

  4. Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) profiles used in building seals and transportation gaskets.

  5. Injection-molded parts in office equipment requiring UL 94 V-0 compliance and RoHS/REACH conformity.
