ExxonMobil POE 9061 is a special toughening polyolefin elastomer with low MFR and low density, with MFR 0.5g/10min (190℃/2.16kg) and density 0.863g/cm³. It features core properties of excellent toughening performance, aging resistance and low crystallinity, with good compatibility with PP/PE/EVA and wide processing adaptability. It also has the advantage of lightweight, making it an excellent toughening raw material for EVA foaming, PP/TPO modification, wire & cable and other fields, balancing product toughness, weather resistance and processing stability.
Outstanding toughening performance: Significantly improves the impact strength and elongation at break of matrix materials, reduces brittleness, suitable for toughening modification of various resins
Low density & lightweight: Density only 0.863g/cm³ with low crystallinity, effectively reducing product weight and balancing lightweight design with processing fluidity
Excellent aging resistance: No unsaturated double bonds in molecular structure, good heat aging and UV resistance, with no obvious performance attenuation during long-term use
Good processability & compatibility: Narrow molecular weight distribution with stable fluidity, suitable for injection molding, extrusion and other processes; highly compatible with PP/PE/EVA and other polyolefins without delamination risk
EVA Foamed Products: Sports shoe midsoles, building insulation boards, door and window sealing strips, improving flexibility, weather resistance and resilience of foamed parts, reducing aging deformation
PP/TPO Modification: Automotive bumpers, steering wheels, interior trim panels, significantly enhancing low-temperature impact strength and elasticity of substrates, suitable for lightweight design of automotive interior and exterior parts
Wire & Cable: Medium and low voltage cable insulation layers and sheaths, meeting heat aging, UV resistance and insulation requirements in outdoor/humid environments, improving cable durability
Packaging Films: Food cling films, composite packaging films, stretch wrap films, enhancing film toughness, puncture resistance and low-temperature sealing performance, complying with food contact requirements
