Exxelor VA 1202 is a maleic anhydride-functionalized, low-viscosity ethylene copolymer made via reactive extrusion. Its fully saturated main chain delivers excellent thermal and oxidative stability, suitable for nylon toughening (without low-temperature impact needs), mid-low toughness uses, and glass-filled impact modification.
High thermal and oxidative stability ensures strong weather resistance.
Effective for improving impact performance of glass-filled polymers.
Enables nylon toughening in applications with no low-temperature impact requirements.
Free-flowing pellet form allows easy processing and storage.
Used in nylon toughening for super-tough nylon products (no low-temperature impact needs).
Applied in glass-filled composites to boost impact resistance.
Utilized in mid-low toughness applications for stable performance.
