DuPont™ Entira™ AS MK 400 is an extremely hygroscopic ionomer resin supplied as free - flowing pellets. As a commercial - active material, it functions as an antistatic agent. It lowers the static decay time and surface resistivity of polyolefins and other polymers, suitable for industrial applications and packaging. It can be pre - compounded or dry - blended into polymers for extrusion, injection molding, and other processing methods, applicable to films, moldings, and extruded forms.
Antistatic Performance: Effectively lowers static decay time and surface resistivity of polyolefins and related polymers
Processing Flexibility: Compatible with extrusion, injection molding; applicable via pre-compounding or dry blending with polymers
Form Factor: Free-flowing pellets for easy handling and production integration
Application Versatility: Suited for films, moldings and extruded products in industrial and packaging sectors
Polyolefin Films: Boosts antistatic properties of polyolefin-based films for packaging and industrial use
Moldings: Improves antistatic performance of injection-molded polyolefin parts
Extruded Forms: Applied in extruded polyolefin products (sheets, profiles, etc.) requiring electrostatic control
